Customer Account Manager/Relationship Specialist

Paulson Computer Systems Inc has an immediate Position available for a highly-motivated candidate to fulfill the role of Customer Account Manager.

The ideal candidate is a customer service expert with excellent computer and typing skills. The person who fulfills the role will be in direct contact with Paulson's customer base on a day to day basis. Responsibilities include staying in touch with Paulson's customer accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible as well as following up with customer's after support related incidents.
